A playful, low-pressure intro to fencing built for the youngest athletes. Classes focus on movement, coordination, and early blade fundamentals — one class per week so there's no overwhelm. All gear is provided.

A structured 4-week course covering footwork, blade technique, and your first bouts on the strip. Classes meet twice a week and build on each other. Most kids in this program are competing at tournaments within a year.

Built for beginners 13 through adult — including those who've never held a weapon. You'll learn footwork, blade technique, and compete in your first bouts, all in a focused and non-intimidating environment. No athletic background required.

Wheelchair fencing in saber and epee for athletes ages 7 through adult — beginners absolutely included. You'll fence from a chair fixed to a frame, learning the blade work, timing, and tactics that make fencing one of the fastest sports there is. Every piece of equipment you need to get started is provided at the club.

A 6-week beginner course that takes young archers from their very first arrow to consistent accuracy. Coached by staff affiliated with the USA National Archery Team. All equipment is provided on the range.

A full week of fencing, archery, and classic camp activities. Kids learn both sports from Nova's coaching staff, make friends, and build real confidence — all in a safe, supervised environment. No prior experience in either sport needed.

Dodgeball with bows. Archery Tag is a high-energy group activity hosted at Nova's indoor facility in Falls Church. Perfect for birthday parties, school groups, and team outings. We handle setup, equipment, and safety instruction.
